Sassi Fit is a boutique personal training studio. We offer a variety of classes and sessions tailored for women of all ages with specific needs including pre and post natal, pelvic floor dysfunction, abdominal separation, strength training to recover from injury or anyone who prefers a more intimate, personalised training space as opposed to what is currently on offer.
Our focus is on building a community of like minded women who motivate one another and find enjoyment from exercise. We are family friendly and offer mums and bubs classes to cater for women with small children where we focus on rebuilding core, pelvic floor and lower body strength as well as low impact cardio to keep the pelvic floor safe for women who are pregnant or who are post natal.
We believe in balance in a training program and therefore offer strength training through the safety of semi private personal training sessions with a mix of cardio and flexibiity.
We offer group classes which are all capped at small numbers to ensure a personalised approach and safety. Hiit is a half hour interval training session, FT Fit is a functional training class combining strength with cardio, Yoga Fit is a cardio based, yoga inspired strength and flexibility class.
